Audit & Finance Subcommittee

The Martha’s Vineyard Transit Authority Advisory Board Audit and Finance Subcommittee met Friday, January 5, 2018 at 10:15 AM in the offices of the Transit Authority, 11 A Street, Edgartown.  Present were Lenny Jason (Chilmark), Lou Paciello (Edgartown) and John Alley (West Tisbury).  Also present were Angela Grant (VTA) and Lois Craine (VTA).

The meeting was called to order at 10:45AM.

Meeting Minutes November 2, 2017

Mr. Paciello moved to accept the minutes of November 2, 2017 and Mr. Jason seconded. M/s/c.

Financials through November 30, 2017

Draft financials through November 2017 were discussed at the meeting of the full Board.

Ms. Grant distributed a new job description for a Facilities Project Coordinator, a new classification for a current employee, who will oversee present and future projects including bus manufacture and fill in for the Service Coordinator when needed.  Mr. Jason moved to approve the new position and Mr. Paciello seconded.  M/s/c
