The Martha’s Vineyard Transit Authority (VTA) is requesting proposals from qualified and responsible firms for year round cleaning services at the VTA Operations and Maintenance Center, 11 A Street, Edgartown, the Edgartown Visitors Center and Public Restrooms, 29 Church Street, Edgartown, and other seasonal employee housing locations.

All proposers must certify that they are not ineligible contractors listed on the US Comptroller General's debarred bidders list. The VTA hereby notifies all proposers that it will affirmatively ensure that Disadvantaged and Women's Business Enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit proposals in response to this invitation.

The VTA reserves the right to postpone, accept, or reject any and all proposals and to waive any informality in the RFP process as the VTA deems to be in its best interest.

Proposals are due no later than 12:00 PM on Wednesday, January 22, 2020. Proposals received after that date and time will be rejected and will not be considered.
