The Martha’s Vineyard Transit Authority (VTA) is requesting quotes from qualified and
responsible firms for the removal of four (4) trees in Edgartown, MA in the area of the
Edgartown Visitors Center.

A complete bid package is available online at www.vineyardtransit.com or by emailing
lthomas@vineyardtransit.com. Proposals are due no later than 12:00 PM on Wednesday,
January 22, 2020. Proposals received after that date and time will be rejected and will not be
considered.

All proposers must certify that they are not ineligible contractors listed on the US Comptroller
General's debarred bidders list. The VTA hereby notifies all proposers that it will affirmatively
ensure that Disadvantaged and Women's Business Enterprises will be afforded full opportunity
to submit proposals in response to this invitation.
The VTA reserves the right to postpone, accept, or reject any and all proposals and to waive
any informality in the RFP process as the VTA deems to be in its best interest.
